Cheyenne Rowland
Consultant
Cheyenne Rowland comes from a small rural town seated deep in the Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina. This has broadened her horizons and allows her to bring diversity to any role she is placed in. She is a Government major and a double minor in Native American Studies and Public Policy. She has worked with the Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) in Philadelphia drafting and analyzing data gathered through a survey of two hundred people experiencing homelessness to inform a Homeless Bill of Rights for the city. She has been a campus fellow with Organize New Hampshire, being their main point person running canvassing for the Democratic party at Dartmouth College. She has also participated in non-profit consulting for a local business called JAM as well as being a crisis manager for Dartmouth Model UN. She has an anticipated internship with the Eastern Band of Cherokee learning about tribal law in the Fall. She is a first-generation college student who hopes to eventually go back home and do advocacy work concerning the opioid epidemic and the families affected by it.
