Lydia Victor is a first-year student at Dartmouth College from Philadelphia, PA. She plans to major in Government and minor in Education as her particular policy interest is education policy. In Philadelphia, she has experience volunteering in her community and worked with the campaign for Governor Josh Shapiro. At Dartmouth, she is also involved with the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact where she works with the SIBS program and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in others’ lives. .
